My other Rolex has the 31xx movement and is 30+ yrs old. and that's more like +10s/week. My new JLC Moon which cost more than both is more like -3s/day. While there have been some comments (from Bas, as I recall) that fewer 32XX movements seem to be in need of servicing, I am not aware of any specific determination of the cause of, much less the solution for, the problem.
The 32xx is simply a bit weak on amplitude, even when it is in order. In comparison to older Rolex movements (even my 1974 GMT) and in comparison to other brands (JLC, Omega, etc) the 32xx is always lower. 270-275 seems to be the most you can hope for on a .In the 32xx problem thread, some 2022 watches were having low amplitude and timekeeping problems but these watches may have been made in earlier years.
