Herzog & de Meuron has completed an "understated" box-like shop for Miu Miu in Tokyo to contrast the firm's all-glass Prada store across the street. Miu Miu opened it’s latest address with an impressive stand alone store in Miami, designed by Robert Baciocchi architects the new store is located in the prestige Design Distric of Miami. The striking space expands over 500 square meters over two levels, housing label’s accessory and ready to wear collections.
Both floors feature Miu Miu’s gold damask on the walls and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Other interior details include beige carpeting, white-painted-canvas ceilings, and velvet mohair seating.
