The closest thing to Gucci Pour Homme II that I have had the pleasure of sniffing is for sure with out a doubt Hanae Mori HIM.. It has a very similar scent just a bit darker and spicier perhaps.. It is not a clone of the Gucci but it is the closest thing to my nose.. Anyway I came across Hanae Mori HiM and see that a lot of people rave about it as being similar to GPHII. Of course I did my research on fragrantica, reddit, basenotes, youtube. And I was left without a good answer.
