My wrist is 6.5” but has a rather flat configuration. So it depends not just on circumstance but also whether one’s wrist is round or flat. In any case IMO the lugs should be contained within the confines of one’s wrist. Pros for the 512: elegant and understated case; vintage hued lume; non-wire lugs; I've always had a soft spot for Radiomor Panerai watches. Cons for the 512: no date . As it happens, I tried one on today on my 6.5 inch wrist, as well as the luminor and radiomir quaranta models. I felt the due wore better than the luminor due to its thinness. The . PAM 392 vs. PAM 512

Cons for the 512: no date complication, doesn't have a look. The 392 is Caliber P.9000 Automatic with a 3 day power reserve.

As it happens, I tried one on today on my 6.5 inch wrist, as well as the luminor and radiomir quaranta models. I felt the due wore better than the luminor due to its thinness. The radiomir just felt a bit small, although I was wearing short sleeves at the time and I think the radiomir would wear better with long sleeves.

I have a 6.75 inch wrist, it’s pretty flat though. Recently bought a 45mm Radiomir and it fits perfect. Tried on a 42mm PAM1096 which actually felt a tad small, 44mm was right.

Even though my wrist is 6.5 inches: 1. 40mm Pams (i.e 048) are way too small, even for me. 2. 42mm Radiomir cases look good (337 an 338) but are not that much on the Panerai spirit because the wire lugs and lack of CG make it look smaller than a 42mm Luminor case with full case lugs and the big CG. Here is the 40mm Panerai Luminor on my 6.25-6.5 inch wrists (2 inch flat top). Wears like a beauty. I initially had the Tudor Pelagos LHD, but that felt way too bulky. I had a hard time finding actual dimensions of this beauty, so I’ll list them here: Dial: 40mm. Thickness: 13mm. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and find the 392 too top heavy. Much prefer the 44mm's!!!

Radiomir is their best model, 42mm is the most versatile size, and the dial has perfect layout. It always bothered me when I see the 9 and seconds hand in close proximity. Brown strap is also better than the lime green. Wear it in good health!

My wife, for example, is right-handed but prefers to wear a watch on her right wrist so the crown faces her arm and doesn’t dig into her wrist. The Panerai Luminor is a big, beefy watch with a massive crown protection system. When I wear a regular 44mm Luminor on my 6.5-inch wrist, it’s pretty uncomfortable. I'm going to buy my first Panerai. The only issue is size compatibility.. My wrist is (6.5ish) and I'm considering the PAM188 model. What do you guys think? Would it look too bulky on my wrist?
