This Caliber has a ton of low amplitude issues which causes the watch to lose time when not on the wrist. It shouldn't be losing 2-4 minutes overnight though, that's a bit extreme. Service it under warranty and see how it runs when you get it back. In general dial up and dial down are the most efficient positions for a mechanical watch and therefore are the most likely to gain time. Crown up and crown down tend to be less efficient so they tend to lose the most time in those positions. This is far from absolute though.
