For what its wortyh my Seamaster Chrono is 13 years old, has never been serviced and keeps to +3 seconds last time I timed it. Omega don't make a quartz Planet Ocean, hence my comment. Have you tried giving it a good manual wind? Do you wear it all the time, or just infrequently?

I noticed that the watch had lost exactly an hour again. It as been on time all day, but somewhere between 18.00 and 23.00 the watch has lost an hour. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?
